Shipping & Returns

Shipping Processing:

Nisi Haus ships to all destinations within Australia and most countries world-wide. You will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number once your parcel has been sent, so that you can track the delivery of your items.

Please allow 1-2 business days for all orders to be shipped. During busy periods or sale periods please allow up to 5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. 

All orders are dispatched daily if placed before 10am. This excludes public holidays and any specified dates and sale periods.

Domestic:

We use Australia Post and ship via regular or express post. Regular post is a flat rate of $10 and express is $15.

International:

Shipping charges for all international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Zone 1: New Zealand - Flat rate of $15
  • Zone 2: Asia Pacific - Flat rate of $25
  • Zone 3: US & Canda - Flat rate of $22
  • Zone 4: UK & Europe - Flat rate of $28

Duties & Taxes:

Duties and taxes can incur and are applied by the countries customs - these possible customs duties, foreign tax are the customers responsibility.

 

 Returns:

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on our clothing. If you do however have a change of mind please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly accept your return provided you paid full price, the item is unused, unwashed and with tags still attached. Once we have received your return we will issue a credit note. Nisi Haus does not take responsibility for the costs of returning the products.

Discrepancies:

If an item arrives in a faulty condition, we kindly ask for you to notify us via nisikidsclothing@gmail.com where upon inspection we will take the appropriate measures of either a refund or replacement.

Lost & Damaged Orders:

Nisi Haus is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, and contact us directly to discuss.
